Settings
To edit information such as Adding Company Information, Octopus Editor Settings, Octopus Profile Picture, End of Day Report, Two-Factor Authentication for Login, and other settings, you should navigate to the Settings page from the left menu.

Editor Settings
When you log in to Octopus Editor, you must choose from these categories to view the content you want to display. After making your selections, you will specify the content that will be predefined in Octopus Editor by clicking the Save button.

Company
To add your company information to Octopus, you should switch to the Company page.
Adding and Editing Company Information
To add Company Information, click the Edit button in the lower right. After filling in the company information in the window that opens, click the Save button.
If Company Information has already been added and needs to be edited, click the Edit button on the same line as the company you want to edit. After making changes in the fields to be updated in the opened window, click the Save button.

Billing
To add your company information to Octopus, you should switch to the Company page.
Adding and Editing Billing Information
To add Billing Information, click the New Add button. After filling in the billing information in the window that opens, click the Save button.
If Billing Information has already been added and needs to be edited, click the Edit button on the same line as the billing you want to edit. After making changes in the fields to be updated in the opened window, click the Save button.
If you want to delete previously added billing information, click the Delete button on the same line as the billing.

Authorization
In the Octopus panel, settings such as two-factor authentication for login, End of Day report, and playlist approval can be accessed by navigating to the Authorization page.
Email Verification
To log in to the Octopus panel with two-factor authentication, the Active option must be selected in the Two-Factor Authentication section. When this option is selected, you will be logged out of Octopus. A verification code will be sent to your email, and Octopus will redirect you to the page where you will enter this verification code. After entering the confirmation code in the relevant field, you can log in to Octopus again.
With the Active option selected, each time you want to log in to Octopus, you will need to log in with the new code sent to your email.

Playlist Requires Approval
After creating your playlists, they can be put into use only after approval by you or another user you want. If you want your playlists to go through an approval process, click on the Require approval option.
You can access the playlists awaiting approval by clicking on "Playlists requiring approval" from the Filter menu.

End of Day Report
To receive an end-of-day report in the Octopus Panel, you should navigate to the Authorization page. Check the Active option in the End of Day Report section, then enter the email addresses where you want the end-of-day report to be sent into the text field and click the Save button.
A report containing Total Screens, Screens Connected in 24 Hours, Screens Not Connected in 24 Hours, and Updated Screens will be sent to the email addresses provided at the end of each day.

Profile
To change the user profile picture displayed in the left menu, navigate to the Profile page.
Adding and Editing Profile Picture
To add an image for the first time, click the Upload File button. After selecting the image you want as the profile picture, click the Save button on the Profile page.
To change a previously added profile picture, click the Upload File button again. After selecting the image you want as the profile picture, click the Save button on the Profile page.

Audit
With the Audit page, you can track the activities of all users linked to an account. You can view which user has performed which operation on which date on this page.
To view only the operations performed on a specific page, select the page you want to view from the All option and click the Filter button.
To view the operations performed within a specific date range, select the Start and End date and click the Filter button.
To change the number of query results to be viewed on the page in the Audit page, enter the number of data you want to view in the Filter option and click the Filter button.
