If you need technical support for issues related to your screens, you can create a request by clicking on the "?" icon located in the top right.

In the opened window, fill in the relevant fields and click the "Submit" button. You can track your support request by going to the Tickets page from the menu.

On the Ticket page, you can view both closed and active requests. Click on the eye icon on the same row as your request to see request details.

To reactivate closed requests, you can respond to them again.
